Inside each of us lives a force that is both fierce and tender — a creative energy that nourishes, heals, and protects, as well as a fiery strength that destroys what no longer serves us. This is the essence of the divine feminine archetype that guides my coaching.

 

In our work together, I help you access and befriend: 1) the nourishing presence that helps you reconnect with your values, vision, and light, and 2) the crucial internal warrior that helps you to set boundaries, confront fear, and release old patterns.​ This balance — creation and destruction, compassion and ferocity — is where transformation happens.

 

I work with women of all ages seeking to live a fuller, more embodied, and authentic life. I also work with men who long to unfreeze, experience the full range of their humanity,

and relate to themselves and others more deeply.
